Making GAPS meals with all the feels! Plus Shakespeare

We are getting ready for her wax museum presentation on Friday. She will play Juliet to represent the fine playwright.

I’m making some GAPS meals. You see, we are trying a new diet to help both of our guts. It’s the Gut and Physiology Syndrome plan. Here is brekkie!

Coconut flour waffle, fried egg, blackberries and bacon

YUM?

YUM!

And lunch….

Another egg, roasted carrots, liver (it hides in the beef) meatballs, apple with 24 hour yogurt mixed with peanut butter. Oh, and BROTH! LOTS OF BROTH! (meat stock)

We are working on this…It’s a lot of work, but we’ll make it work. YES!

Tot is feeling better and I’m, well…getting there.

We are even matchies today!

Love you being here at school with me!

I voted! We voted (I mean)

Went a day early to avoid the crowds with the Tot.

Outside the post office (where I voted), there were some lovely Trump/Vance ladies. I gave them a thumbs up.

Bing Bang Bum…DONE! Thank you honey for helping me fill it out with all the props and judges. Now we pray.

RIGHT!!!
We can’t wait for the Ads to be over…and the texts, phone calls, dribble drabble. DONE please! Let’s just get Trump back.

Yay!

My creative love bug

We are working on some of her habits with some creative strategies.
She created this “fidget” board all on her own.

I found this on the counter for me too.

So grateful for you and your mighty brain.

Our new friend; no more phone in the bedroom!

Finally! Thanks to my dear brother, he suggested a MINI HOME POD from Apple! This thing does everything except physically grab you and wake you up (however it does have a cool alarm)! It has completely replaced the need to have her phone in the bedroom. HOORAY!
It is her new buddy, this Siri. She tells Tot everything from what is the weather to play a new Christian song to will you tell me a joke!?
HA!

Thank you Jesus for this little white ball. It’s a happy addition.
